PHP version: 5.2.6
PHP Bug Type: XSLT related
Bug description: php_xsl.dll isn't loaded

Description:
------------
When I'm trying to use php_xsl.dll, i get a message in apache logs:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library

not be found. in Unknown on line 0

I've copied php_xsl.dll from php 5.2.4 and everything began to work fine.
