I've tried to REMOVE and INSTALL (not reinstall) the Apache2 again. One thing I've changed. Apache works now in Console instead of running as a service. Everything works fine in this configuration. Please let me know if there will be possibility to run Apache as a service (as it sould be). Everything working fine with local drive (e.g. C:) but troubles are with Novell Network Drives. You cannot add SYSTEM (Windows) user to Novell Netware rights.
