I am using 5.2.6.6 without php_domxml.dll and still having the same
error.

C:\>php -v
PHP 5.2.6 (cli) (built: May 2 2008 18:02:07)
Copyright (c) 1997-2008 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2008 Zend Technologies

Just doing php -v will crash

We may mark it duplicate with some other PECL-zip related issue :)

ext/php_domxml.dll is an old extension for php4's DOM support. You
should not enable it with php 5+

I assign this bug to the installer maintainer and see if we can simply
drop it.

php5ts.dll and ext/php_domxml.dll were installed by the Windows
installer
Error signature below.
