Bug description: File upload causes PHP crash

Upgrade from PHP 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 on Windows 2000 Server.
Configuration file php.ini unchanged.
Zend Optimizer upgraded to 2.0.1.

Since upgrade file upload from forms causes reproductive PHP crash. PHP
gets stucked and it continously feeds TEMP folder with multiple copies of
the temporary uploaded file till complete hard disk fill.

During less than a minute it created 65.000 of copies of a plain JPG file
(4.7 KB each).

I hope that helps,
Ziggi
