I tried the installer you suggested last night, same issue. When I run http://windows.php.net/downloads/snaps/php-5.2-win32-VC6-x86-latest.msi I get the same error: a script required for this install to complete could not be run. #46826 says the issue is fixed, but I can't get the install working, no matter which installers I download and run.
