the same problem with the latest version...
but I found out it has nothing to do with
If-Modified-Since header. It's
If-None-Match: "<ETag>" header.

The bug with source displaying has been fixed (just commited to CVS),
please try the latest snapshot and see if the original report about
caching is still valid.

I just installed the latest snapshot, but I can't test it.
I just displays highlighted php source instead of
executing it.
