Bug description: Compile time computation of hash value decrease hash lookup
time.
Description:

In specweb ecommerce php benchmark, hash lookup consumes a lot of time.
For a 30 minutes measurement :

434.304 914.980 zend_fetch_dimension_address
136.195 427.119 zend_get_property_info
914 seconds (13 % of user time) are spent in zend_fetch_dimension_address
out
of total 6947 seconds.

Actual result:
