Bug description:  Undefined class constant 'FETCH_KEY_PAIR'

Description:

Even though the documentation states that this constant is available as of
php 5.2.3, In PHP 5.2.9, attempts to use PDO::FETCH_KEY_PAIR result in
PHP Fatal error:  Undefined class constant 'FETCH_KEY_PAIR'
