No, I can't reproduce it. Without the script you are using, there is also no chance to actually reproduce your problem. Btw, out of curiosity, how large are the files used by the script? and the script itself? I am confused, with your questions about phar and mysql. I've told you, that on a new box with fresh WinXP SP3, and all updates.
