From: stas at zend dot com Operating system: Windows PHP version: 5.2SVN-2009-11-16 (SVN) PHP Bug Type: Streams related Bug description: stream_copy_to_stream produces warning when source is not file
Description: ------------ If I use stream_copy_to_stream with source stream being not file (say, HTTP socket) then I get this warning: Warning: Invalid CRT parameters detected This is because in _php_stream_copy_to_stream_ex() php_stream_stat() is applied to source stream, which goes to php_sockop_stat which calls fstat, which produces "invalid parameter" pseudo-exception. Reproduce code: --------------- $socket = open_http_socket(); $fp = fopen("data", "w"); stream_copy_to_stream($socket, $fp); Actual result: -------------- Warning: Invalid CRT parameters detected -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=50196&edit=1 -- Try a snapshot (PHP 5.2): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=trysnapshot52 Try a snapshot (PHP 5.3): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=trysnapshot53 Try a snapshot (PHP 6.0): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=trysnapshot60 Fixed in SVN: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=fixed Fixed in SVN and need be documented: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=needdocs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=needtrace Need Reproduce Script: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=needscript Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=submittedtwice register_globals: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=globals PHP 4 support discontinued: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=php4 Daylight Savings: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=dst IIS Stability: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=isapi Install GNU Sed: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=gnused Floating point limitations: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=float No Zend Extensions: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=nozend MySQL Configuration Error: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=50196&r=mysqlcfg
