 Bug Type: Reproducible crash
 Operating System: Windows 7
 PHP Version: 5.3.1
 New Comment:

It is not outdated. There was certainly no crash but some DLLs missing
and apache complained about it.

You still have to use VC6 for apache.org binaries and VC9 for
apachelounge.com binaries. The crash may not happen directly but it will
crash, trust us.

Description:
------------
http://windows.php.net/download/ says in the sidebar: you must not run

the VC6 release with apache.org binaries. Earlier tonight on ##php on
freenode, someone came in who had apache2.2.14 (binaries from
apache.org) crashing all the time. He was running Win7 x64. I run this

as well, so I tried, and it kept crashing all the time here too.

We tried the VC9 release with apache 2.2.14 binaries from apache.org
and
everything went fine. It seems that the sidebar message is outdated.
