Here's more information. I have the same problem. PHP works in CGI mode fine. When used in ISAPI mode it keeps giving me an Access Violation. Scripts originally work and then no matter what you do with PHP it throws an access violation. The file could be just <?php phpinfo(); ?> and it will cause an access violation. This is under IIS 6 on Windows XP Pro.
