Hello everyone. If one sticks too rigidly to one's principles, one would
hardly see anybody. Help me! Could you help me find sites on the: Altace

file() function was changed to open file in binary
mode in the CVS (2000/12/12).

This is not a bug, if you open the file with fopen ("filename", "rb");
(b = binary) it should work fine.
file() however wont work this way.

This happens only in ISAPI module. fread() and file () reads only
portion of the given file from beginning to the first #26 character.
fgetc() returns an empty string instead of it.
