imagejpeg function not work in stream_register_wrapper.
Reproduce code:

class dbStream{...}
stream_register_wrapper("mysql123", "dbStream") or die("Failed to
register protocol");
$im = imagecreatetruecolor(120, 20);
$text_color = imagecolorallocate($im, 233, 14, 91);
imagestring($im, 1, 5, 5, 'A Simple Text String', $text_color);
imagejpeg($im, 'mysql123://simpletext.jpg');
imagedestroy($im);
Expected result:
----------------
no error.
Actual result:
--------------
Warning: imagejpeg(): Unable to open 'mysql123://simpletext.jpg' for
writing: Invalid argument.
