Bug description:  PHP-GTK apps crash with corrupt argc/argv error

Trying to run any program that uses the PHP-GTK extension dies immediately
with an error message similar to this:
PHP Fatal error:  php-gtk: argc/argv are corrupted in
/root/php-gtk-cvs/test/hello.php on line 7
