So far I am trying to scan my laptop with a registry tool (Pareto PC Health Advisor - downloaded from [url] http://www.topregistrysolutions.com/dll.php? cd=dl1010 [/url]). I downloaded PHP 5.2.13 from [url] http://www.php.net/downloads.php[/url] and it runs on Win XP / IIS 5.1. Command line: Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp. C:\Documents and Settings\Jon>path PATH=C:\Program Files\PHP\;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Window s Live;C:\Program Files\PC Connectivity Solution\;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS ;C:\WINDOWS\system32\WBEM;C:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0 _17\bin;C:\Program Files\PHP;C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\Office12 C:\Documents and Settings\Jon>php Error is displayed indicating that OCI.dll was not found. The problem was also noted to be displayed intermittently within a virtual machine that runs Windows Server 2008, when trying to load php from the command line, and, it is intermittent. oci.dll was not found on the laptop, which might mean that it was not included with the downloadable files.
