 Status: Bogus
 Bug Type: Session related
Operating System: Win 2k and Debian 3
 PHP Version: 4.2.2/4.3.0-dev(W2k)
 New Comment:

What do you mean, "if my browser doesn't support it"?

Mozilla and IE did support it.

"output_handler = ob_gzhandler" works fine with these browsers.
"zlib.output_compression = On" worked fine with these browsers with PHP
4.2, except trans_sid didn't work.

And now zlib's output-compression is not working anymore.

Why is that Bogus?

Michael

Don't use it if your browser doesn't support it.

Changed Status to OPEN.

I've tried the latest from snaps.php.net/win32 downloaded today.
PHP-4.3.0-dev
PHP API 20020918
PHP Extension 20020429
Zend Extension 20021010

If i use zlib.output_comression = On, browsers are showing me just
binary data.
But there has come a new directive and i don't know what to set there
-> zlib.output_handler = ?

Sorry...

No changes with self-compiled PHP 4.2.3 module /w extensions from the
Win32-binaries on Apache 2.0.43 (apache.org binary) on Win2k.
