And when I open "php-cgi.exe" by double click, it shows the "Missing OCI.dll" message. Then, I looked for "OCI.dll", and got one, you can download it from: >http://iwih.co.cc/PHP-bug/oci.dll I've placed it in the "PHP" directory where I've installed it, the message turned to "Wrong OCI.dll, please reinstall the product" message.
