As of PHP 5.3.0, the --enable-discard-path configure option is no longer
available and the preferred means to configure it is via php.ini
(correct?). However, the cgi.discard_path option is not available in
the stock php.ini-production and php.ini-development files that come
with PHP 5.3.5.
I wasn't sure if it was overlooked or if there was a reason behind it's
exclusion.
I couldn't find a related bug report, so I filed this one. Please
excuse if this has already been discussed.
