Bug description:parse_ini_string('no="test"') unexpected BOOL_FALSE
Description:

When using parse_ini_string or parse_ini_file, if you have the key as "no"
it
causes a syntax error, unexpected BOOL_FALSE.
Test script:

<?php parse_ini_string('no="test"')?>
Expected result:
----------------
NULL
Actual result:
--------------
<br />
