While doing a data dump via phpmyadmin of a sugar module this issue
cropped up making import into a new version of Sugar impossible.

When importing a line with fgetcsv, if a text string contains \r\n
characters it messes up the import as fgetcsv incorrectly believes it to
be the end of the line.
