System has 24GB of RAM and 10GB used at time of running
memory_limit = -1 in PHP.INI
Running PHP.EXE on command line
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 1993342976) (tried to allocate 162
bytes)
Only able to allocate approx 1901MB
