ID: 43511 Comment by: sendspampl0x at live dot de Reported by: marius dot radvan at yahoo dot com Summary: unlink() gives "No error in..." warning Status: Feedback Type: Bug Package: *General Issues Operating System: windows PHP Version: 5.2.5 Block user comment: N Private report: N New Comment: I am not sure if this is what fixed the bug in the end, but I used: if(is_file("$del_path")){ unlink($del_path); } Instead of: unlink($del_path); I changed a few other things as well, so I am really not sure what fixed it in the end. I thought I would share though in case it might help. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2011-02-17 12:01:12] paj...@php.net Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce this bug ourselves. A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>, is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates all necessary tables, stored procedures etc. Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report. Without any dep, uploaded files or not do not affect the way unlink work. But temporary files during the processing of uploaded files may cause this error, but that's not a bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2011-02-17 11:57:56] gheos at 24 dot fi I try to rename .lnk files and get this no error bug.
