I've had this problem on Ubuntu 11.04 for several weeks now. The same code
works
fine in Redhat and WAMP Windows. Please help!

Current php 5.3 development snapshort has stopped handling soap web services.
PHP 5.3.6 works fine.
Test script:

$service = new SoapClient($wsdl_url);
Expected result:
----------------
a correctly functioning SoapClient object
Actual result:
