Type in the shell "php -m" and if you get an error that the "MSVCR71.dll" is missing, just download it from this address http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files.php/dllfiles/M/MSVCR71.dll/download.html and copy it to c:\windows\system32 - thats it!
