Description: ------------ In some cases users can't commit. For example: svn: '/local/web/sites/edit.php.net/data/phpdoc-all/ru/reference/network' is not a working copy In this commit user also added reference/network/functions directory. I connect to server and run "svn st" It's showed, that both direstories exists, but not under control version.
