This has been tested with version 5.3.9 from the remi6 repo, and with version 5.3.3 via the rhel-x86_64-server-6 repo. This bug only occurs with RHEL 6.2 from what I can test. (5.3.9 on RHEL 5 installs just fine) I apologize if this report needs to be filed with the repos.
