Bug description:Late static binding doesn't work with
ReflectionMethod::invokeArgs()

This bug was fixed in 5.3.9 for ReflectionMethod::invoke() (see bug
#60367), but it still exists for ReflectionMethod::invokeArgs()
Test script:
