Okay,
I fixed it, win32\inet.h (line 6) change to:
#if (_WIN32_WINNT <= 0x0501)
And it will build.
This will work if win32/build/config.w32.h.in (line 9):
#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0501

It seems this was caused by the changes of bug 54407 that did cause compile
time changes over win32\inet.h
Not sure though, leaving note here for further reference.
