can you try setting the debug = 5 in the ini file This should give you an idea of how far it is getting before crashing. Then just add exit;'s until you locate the line of code that is causing it to die. - my guess is that is a bug with the ms-sql bindings. Unfortunatly I dont have access to ms-sql (or windows 2000) to test this on.
