This bug has been fixed in SVN.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at

The tests failing are:
ext\standard\tests\file\windows_links\bug48746.phpt
ext\standard\tests\file\windows_links\bug48746_1.phpt
ext\standard\tests\file\windows_links\bug48746_2.phpt
The reason is the mountvol not being in the path.
