I upgrated my php to 4.3.0RC2. I am getting the following error message know: failed to create stream: Too many open files in Unknown on line 0 Also the sendmail Path is not set not either. We just upgraded iplanet 4.1 to sunone-iplanet 6.0sp4 and also our php4.0.4pl1 to php4.2.2 Is this a bug or I am missing a step?
