No, it's just a warning at the very end of the process during linking.
You will see that PHP has been compiled just fine.

unfortunatelly, on RedHat Linux 8 it do not compile.
make stop with this error:

ext/mysql/libmysql/my_tempnam.lo: In function `my_tempnam':

use of `tempnam' is dangerous, better use `mkstemp'

This is well known and doesn't cause any problem, so we aren't going to
fix this, for the meanwhile.
