Bug description: multipart/form-data forms post problems
Hi,
when I use form varibles, named, as associative array (see an example) and
form have attribute multipart/form-data, after posting, first element of
posted array are lost, in some cases.
Example:

<form name="article" method="POST" action="save_article"
enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="10000000">
<input type="file" name="img[name]" value="./myfile.jpg">
<input type="hidden" name="img[koeff]" value="1.45">
<input type="hidden" name="img[min_width]" value="220">
----------------------------------------------------------
After posting printr($img) give:
Array
(
[koeff] => 1.45
[min_width] => 220
)
