Bug description: Gmtime first argument doesn't support vars
gmtime sometimes doesn't support the first argument to be an var.
Example:
<?php
$var = "D m M, G:i";
// Plus 3600 for Dutch-time
print gmdate($var, time() + 3600);
?>
Gives at this moment:
Thu 01 Jan, 20:17
--------------------------------
<?php
// Plus 3600 for Dutch-time
print gmdate("D m M, G:i", time() + 3600);
?>
Gives:
Thu 16 Jan, 20:17
