There's also potential of PHP ending up in an endless include()
loop..try using include_once() instead..?

if I have a php-file in my htaccess folder, that include an php-file in
another folder, i.e. in the pear-directory, which include a php-file
with the same name of the first file, and if a second file with this
name is in the "pear"folder, then apache crashes.
For example:
I create a file calls cache.php in my htaccess-folder and then I
include one of the files of the pear output-cache files, that include
the file cache.php, who is into the pear/cache-folder. Then apache
crashes.
