when using command line
in french dr watson say: 

L'application, , a généré une erreur d'application L'erreur s'est
produite le  2/19/2003 à 11:25:15.625 L'exception générée était
c0000005 à l'adresse 00e210c3 (<nosymbols>)

I've the same problem with NT4sp6a / IIS.

When using command line, i've drwatson: access violation ...

But when using ISAPI, all work fine !

While executing a simple script:
<? echo "Hello wolrd!"; ?>

The IE browser (http://MyWeb/foo.php) displays the content of the
script and remains working.

The Task Manager of the Web server shows one instance of PHP.EXE.

Trying to call the page on a second IE, the will be a second PHP.EXE
running and so on until no more memory...

My understanding was that "<?" start an PHP.EXE instance and "?>" kills
it.
