I doubt that we had (independently) a bad ORACLE_HOME or --with-oci8, because all of the other functions were found without problems. Only the OCILob* functions were not found, because they are in libocijdbc8 (on some systems / some Oracle versions). I can't read php.dev at the moment, but will do so in a couple of hours (after work).
