From: gmglobalenterprises at hotmail dot com Operating system: Windows or Linux PHP version: 4.3.1 PHP Bug Type: MySQL related Bug description: Query is empty - mySQL Database problems
I am currently using the osCommerce ecommerce program. Written in PHP & mySQL for the database. Alot of people are now having major problem with osCommerce ver.2.2 once the web servers are updated to PHP 4.3.1. When the ecommerce site first starts up it comes up with an error. Internet Explorer ver.6.0.2800 query is empty query is empty query is empty or, on some other browsers we just get a blank screen. This is happening on Windows servers and on Linux servers as far as I know. Could be others, but I don't know for sure. If we change back to PHP ver. 4.2 everything works fine on all servers and browsers. Can you please let me know what has changed between the two versions to cause these problems. There are a ton of people with broken e-commerce sites frantically trying to figure this problem out. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
