PHP Bug Type:     LDAP related
Bug description:  Call to undefined function:  ldap_start_tls()

Trying to use the ldap_start_tls function and php gives me this error:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  ldap_start_tls() in Path to
php file.

using 4.3.1 for Windows zip download.  I do have ldap enabled.
