Whenever I launch a PHP script I receive the following error dialog:
Title: php.exe - Application Error
Message: The instruction at ")x100ae6ff" referenced memory at
"0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I am using IIS 5 and PHP4.3.2RC1 dll installed in \winnt\system32.
