Use this configure line instead:
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/www/bin/apxs
--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/www/etc
--with-zlib --with-imap=/usr/local
--with-mysql=/usr/local --prefix=/usr/local/www

well thx for the suggestion but i downloaded php4-200304021230 today
stills same problem
it is not generating the libphp4.so
should i install apache again because i found somewhere in previuos
bugs to install apache with --enable-rule=SHARED_CORE
