Even if you feel that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely to be the same. Because of this, we hope you add your comments to the existing bug instead. I tried to set this parameter in the php.ini or the httpd.conf, as explained on the documentation, but it has no effect at all. I tried with Apache 1.3.x and it's working fine...
