I'm running php v4.2.2 on IIS win2k as a CGI and php will hang when the extension=php_oci8.dll is added to the ini file. The system log shows the following (index.php is our home page): Event Type: Error Event Source: W3SVC Event Category: None Event ID: 16 Date: 8/21/2003 Time: 8:54:43 AM User: N/A Description: The script started from the URL '/index.php' with parameters '' has not responded within the configured timeout period.
