My distro is missing this file as well whats more on a Windows XP machine(when I had found this file).Not only did it not work even after copying all files to correct directories but for some reason they became deleted on the first run.Now I need to find this file again.If anyone has had any luck getting this to work on XP with IIS and PHP5 let me know otherwise I'm reverting to PHP4.
