Okay, so latest CVS snapshot works for you. Then try your original configure line with the latest CVS snapshot. (remember to 'rm config.cache' first!) Note that many of those options you have used don't even exist or they are of no use to you. Check 'configure --help' for more information. I'll try building mod_php again.
