Description:

Bitwise shift right operator returns negative result (most significant bit
set) for negative input (left operand).

Following assert fails (though should NOT)

assert((1 << 31 >> 31) == 1);

Reproduce code:

assert((1 << 31 >> 31) == 1);

Actual result:
--------------
assertion failed
