Bug description: islamic calender functions

Description:
------------
I'd like to request some functions to allow conversion to and from the
islamic (muslim) calendar from the other calendars PHP supports.

Having done a little digging, i see the islamic calendar is lunar based,
and hence hard to predict. however it is apparently possible (i.e. there
are computer programs out there that can do it).

just a suggestion. after all, i guess it is more used than the french
calendar (all 14 years of it :) )
