You make a good point about which compiler, but when I orignally
integated perl , mysql and the dbd/dbi modules, I had problems with
mixed ansi and gcc compiles used for the various software and when I
tried to compile them in gcc, I got dozens of errors. So I went back to
ansi. Since I compiled apache with ansi amd mysql with the ansi, I did
not want to raise any incompatibility issues with php and mysql and or
apache.

So the last "latest" has the lines are already corrected in from my
ealrlier this AM email???

THANK YOU for all yuo help by the way.

Regards,

Dan Rizzi

They're likely caused by the compile errors. And including them is
pointless anyway, it's a libtool issue..

btw. You'd propably be running PHP already if you used GCC..

are the repairs already made??? AND are the file errors a result of
these earlier errors in the make process or are these another issue
entirely, that I should be able to resolve without code corrections??,
is that why you are asking me not to include them???

Paste ONLY the compile errors, do NOT put those "..contains an
incorrect file suffix" errors in the paste.
