Hi ,

I corrected the problem by doing the following:

-->create sim link of /etc/php.ini file in:
/usr/local/php/lib or <your install prefix/lib>.
if you do this the correct php.ini file is loaded and aslo, the phpinfo
will the path to php.ini correctly, in the /etc/. This work around
seems to be working fine...
